1. Our Role as Your Travel Partner

When you book travel through our service, a binding agreement is formed between you and Sunrise Pathway. We act as an expert travel planner, connecting you with third-party suppliers like airlines and hotels.

We do not own or operate these suppliers. Our commitment is to manage your booking professionally and secure the contract between you and the service provider. Any issues with the service itself (e.g., flight delays, hotel conditions) should be directed to the specific provider.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Supplier policies can be restrictive. Most bookings are non-refundable, and cancellations may incur charges up to 100%. Please review the specific rules during your booking process.

The U.S. 24-Hour Rule

In line with U.S. regulations, we offer a full refund for flights canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking is made at least seven (7) days before the flight's scheduled departure.

Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: The majority of tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel, the airline will typically issue a travel credit (minus any cancellation fees) for future use with that airline.
  • Refundable Tickets: These tickets allow for cancellation and a refund to your original payment method, though the airline may still charge a processing fee.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, regardless of your ticket type.

3. Additional Fees & Baggage

Cancellation Fees: Should we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for a booking you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the full amount of that fee.

Baggage Policy: Airlines often charge extra for checked and carry-on luggage. These policies vary widely. We strongly recommend checking the airline's website directly for the most current baggage allowance and fee information before you travel.
